All TING H Jewelry products are subject to strict quality control and are re-inspected and carefully packaged before delivery. Please check the jewelry as soon as you receive them. If you still find any defects or missing parts, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days after receiving the product. Show the problems of the product with the photos attached.
If the defect of the product is free of human factors, we will assist you in returning/exchanging.
Returns/exchanges product must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use
Please submit your return within the time limit, otherwise, it will not be processed. We reserve the right to the final decision on defects.
Warranty period: 3 months from purchase (inclusive). Please refer to the “Free Warranty Coverage”, “Paid Warranty Coverage” and “Exclusions from Warranty”. If you have a request for the above, please provide the following information and contact us first. We will contact you as soon as possible.

The “Free Warranty” covers the following.
Damage not caused by external factors: During the free warranty period, if the product is damaged under normal use, we will provide a replacement or repair service after verification of the situation by us.
Ring size adjustment: We provide free ring adjustment (+/- 2 sizes) once during the warranty period. This does not include items that have been specified as not being able to be adjusted.
Paid warranty coverage
If the damage is judged not to be caused by the quality of the product itself, such as improper external forces or human factors, we will charge for the repair of the product according to its condition.
Loss of product parts
In the event of a loss element or damage to the product, we will charge you for the cost of repair at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the consumer to bear the costs associated with the restoration of the jewelry, such as loss of jewelry parts, damage to the condition, or any other repair problems that may occur.
