Defective Products

All products on our site undergo strict quality control and are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. If you still find defects, malfunctions, or missing parts upon receipt, please contact us within 2 days at info@tinghjewelry.com, and include photos of the product. If we verify that the issue was not caused by human factors, we will assist you with a return or exchange. The product and all its accessories must be returned in their entirety. Claims must be made within the specified time frame; otherwise, they will not be processed. Our company reserves the final right to determine if a product is defective.
 
Warranty Period for Products: Three months from the date of purchase (inclusive). See "Free Warranty Coverage," "Paid Warranty Coverage," and "Exclusions from Warranty." If you require service, please provide the following information and contact us first. Our company will provide service as soon as possible.

- Please do not return the product to our company without contacting us first.
 
- If our company agrees after inspection, please package the item properly and return it via courier or registered mail. If improper packaging results in damage during transit, our company will not be responsible.
 
- The warranty service provided by our company is limited to Taiwan and its outlying islands.
 
- Our company reserves the right to offer warranty service.
 
"Free Warranty Coverage" includes:
 
1. Damage not caused by external forces: During the warranty period, if the product is damaged under normal use and verified by our company, we will provide a replacement or repair service.
2. Ring size adjustment: We offer one free ring size adjustment (+/- 2 sizes) during the warranty period, excluding products specifically marked as non-adjustable.
 
"Paid Warranty Coverage"
 
If damage is determined not to be caused by the product's quality, such as improper external forces or human factors, we will charge a repair fee based on the condition of the product.
 
Product Accessories Missing
 
If product accessories are missing or damaged, we will charge a repair fee. Consumers are responsible for sharing the costs related to jewelry repair; this includes missing accessories, damage under specific conditions, or other potential repair issues.

1.Damage due to human factors.
2.Damage due to improper maintenance.
3.Products that have been altered or processed.
4.Products without a purchase proof (invoice) from our company or authorized dealers.
