If you wish to make a return, please ensure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the items (including holidays) at info@tinghjewelry.com. Also, provide 1. Order number 2. Name 3. Telephone 4. Shipping address 5. Reason for return or exchange.
Once both parties agree to proceed with the return or exchange, please ship the items back within 3 days. If not returned on time, the return will be considered canceled.

1.Earrings: Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law, intimate jewelry such as earrings (ear pins, piercing type) are considered personal hygiene items and thus do not have a hesitation period and are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene principles.
Items that have been used and do not remain in a brand-new condition (please handle with care even if only trying on).
